Added in a 1 mile dog walk in the mornings and seem to have leveled everything out. It's just crazy how tracking calories REALLY keeps you accountable on what you're actually eating. I love using the Lose It app on my iPhone to track calories. Makes it so much easier. Seems I'm pre-diabetic, and my diet already was somewhat low in carbs and high in protein. So this is kinda taking it to an extream, but I've lost 5 pounds since starting it and do feel better.Kyle Chambersnoreply@blogger.com
