Day 4 - The Binge

Ugh, so today was binge day. I think I'm done now. I'm going to try to count my calories right now to make sure I've had enough. How many is that? Enough to disturb me.

Saturday
  • Bolthouse Farms vanilla chai tea (32 oz.) - 680 calories
  • 1 box Keebler chocolate-peanut butter wafers (6 count) - 1,020 calories; 2 of the chocolate cream wafers - 320 calories
  • Whole Foods breakfast taco - about 200 calories (tortilla is at least 100 and it had potatoes, beans, and tofu scramble in it)
  • 6 Randall's cinnamon rolls - According to calorieking.com, 1,338 calories

Giant sandwich (1,558 calories):
  • 1 pound loaf of Whole Foods ciabatta bread - According to caloriecount.about.com, 928 calories
  • 2 packs of Yve's salami - 450 calories
  • About 4 tablespoons of reduced fat Vegenaise - 180 calories
  • 2 peaches - supposedly 62 calories, says calorieking.com
  • 16 oz. Shiner Bock - Livestrong.com says about 192 calories
  • 8 oz. of HEB almond milk - 60 calories
  • Whole Foods ginger ale - 140 calories
  • Whole Foods root beer - 170 calories
  • 1 bag of Veggie booty - 520 calories
  • Tofurky pizza with sausage, peppers, etc. and an extra cup of Daiya cheese - 1,170 calories
  • 1/2 pint of Tempt chocolate fudge hemp ice cream - 400 calories
Calorie total: 7,830

  1. Well, you could definitely label today as a binge day if you ate that much in a 24 hour period. Impressive...

  2. This IS impressive; you should consider being my doubles partner for the veggie dog contest. At the very least you can binge for free (but I honestly think we could take 3rd place)
